Who Should Sign-Up?
Organizations that want to participate in United Way's Day of Caring can register online. Day of Caring presents a unique opportunity for hundreds of volunteers from local businesses to make a direct and hands-on difference for the non-profit agencies in our community. Organizations may propose one or more day-long projects for volunteers to work on. Previous Day of Caring projects have included activities like packaging food, delivering meals, painting, construction, clerical work, yard work, and throwing a party. The process is simple, and the benefits are substantial: - You join dozens of other agencies and hundreds of volunteers in an exciting and productive community activity
