Our mission is to assist low and moderate income homeowners within the City of Las Cruces to restore their homes to a safe and sanitary condition, which contributes to a positive image within the neighborhood, thereby promoting pride and community values.

Description:
Direct service programs provided to the community by the Neighborhood Services Section are:
(1) Home Rehabilitation
(2) Mobile Home Ramp Installation

History:
The City's Home Rehabilitation Program has been in existence since 1976 with the start of funding to the City from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The Program is funded entirely by CDBG.
