Heritage Program For Senior Adults

To offer the individual an opportunity to improve quality of life, by reducing their distress and maximizing their ability to function independently.

Description:
The Heritage Program for Senior Adults is a mental health program that provides individualized treatment for older adults who suffer from psychiatric, emotional, or behavioral disorders. Our philosophy is to provide quality care that stresses the importance of dignity, respect, confidentiality and helping the individual to achieve an optimal level of functioning. We are a mental health program that provides intensive mental health therapy in the least restrictive environment and patients are able to return to their homes each evening.

History:
Memorial Medical Center's Heritage Program has been helping seniors in the Las Cruces, NM area since October of 2002.
