City Of Las Cruces/Roadrunner Transit
To provide public transportation within the City of Las Cruces. Services provided are Fixed Route and the Dial-A-Ride. Fixed Route stays on specific routes throughout the City and Dial-A-Ride provides curb to curb services for people with Disabilities and Senior Citizens over 60.
Description:
Mass Transit Services - Serves all residents of Las Cruces. Roadrunner Transit provides regular public fixed-routes bus services to the citizens of Las Cruces Bus passes are available on a per trip, daily, weekly, monthly basis. Hours of operation is M-F 6:30 AM -7:10 PM Saturday 9:10 AM to 6:00 PM. Dial-A-Ride Transportation is for people who qualified under the Americans With Disability Act and Senior Citizens 60 and older, who are unable to use regular public transportation, are eligible to use Dial-A-Ride services. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance. Persons with a disability must complete an application and obtain disability certification from a personal doctor or designated representative of a qualified social service agency.
History:
Fixed Route Services and the Dial-A-Ride Service started operating April 1986.
