DESCRIPTION: HOMELESS SERVICES - Maintains a facility with an open door to assist homeless, near homeless, and those living at poverty level in accessing basic needs such as mental and physical health care, food, clothing, ID's, showers, housing, laundry, and dental hygiene products.
