Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Front desk volunteers will perform reception work, as well as connect clients to services available at our agency and within the community.Volunteers will:
Answer phones
Keep track of lists and logs
Provide clients with shower and laundry materials
Refer clients to case managers
Field clients' general questions.

Volunteers are especially needed in the morning!

Volunteers should have good phone skills and be open to serving homeless individuals. A knowledge of Spanish is helpful, but not necessary. Volunteers will receive hands-on training conducted by a front desk employee.
