This program is designed specifically for newly diagnosed children, it is a program that allows us to provide families with a duffel bag style care package that includes comfort items such as a blanket, stuffed animal, hat, and literature specific to the respective child's form of cancer. It will also be used to carry pertinent items needed for their daily care. Items may vary according to availability of funds and materials. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |

The following restrictions are in place: Diagnosis, date of diagnosis, length of treatment and type of treatment to be confirmed by physician. Patient must be between the ages of birth to 21 years of age treated. |
