Shuttle service available to assist children with cancer and their families with transportation to and from clinic, therapy, cancer treatment and other related treatments. |

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
Diagnosis, date of diagnosis, length of treatment and type of treatment must be confirmed by physician. Patient must be between the ages of birth to 21. Children must be undergoing treatment. Shuttle service destinations are but not limited to home, hospital/clinic, treatment center, school, daycare center, airport and office. |
