| Eligibility Requirements: |

Funds are limited. Diagnosis date, length of diagnosis and type of treatment must be confirmed with physician. Cancer patient must be between the ages of birth to 21 years of age, treated and/or reside in the El Paso area. |

You may register at the Candlelighters office located at 1900 N. Oregon, Ste. 402, El Paso, TX 79902. Special arrangements can be made. |
