Program name: El Poder de los Jovenes (Empowerment of Youth)
Description : This is a project of National Significance funded through the Administration on Developmental Disabilities which promotes positive outcomes in Southern Dona Ana County for Emerging Leaders who are youth and young people with developmental disabilities under the areas of employment, education, healthy lifestyles, transportation and recreation/leisure.
Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Eligibility Requirements: Youth 13-17 and young adults 18-30 years with a disability.
Intake Procedure: Requirements:1.) Contact office for information and referral. 2)Application Process,3) Attend Orientation, 4) Participate in a PATH (Planning Alternatives for Tomorrow with Hope) person centered planning.
