Access to Recovery |
| Description : |

Nava has established a Central Intake Site to serve as a first point of contact for clients in need of treatment or recovery support services. Assessment, treatment matching and referral to a treatment provider is completed by a central intake assessor.
One call connects the client to quick, professional, county-wide treatment access
Comprehensive clinical assessment is provided
Face-to-face interviews with clinical staff trained in substance abuse and mental health
Face-to-face interviews with recovery support services coordinators trained to identify barriers to recovery and familiar with community resources
Clients are appropriately matched to clinical and recovery support services providers

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
Must be 18yrs. old or older. Must be a resident of Dona Ana County. |
| Intake Procedure: |
|
Potential clients must come to our office and pick up an intake packet and schedule an appointment in person for an assessment. |
| Insurance Information: |
|
If client meets the eligibility requirements they are assigned a voucher that covers the expenses of treatment and recovery support services. |
