We are pleased to announce the formation of the New Mexico-West Texas Chapter of IPMA – HR.
IPMA-HR (International Public Management Association for Human Resources) is a non-profit, educational organization established for the purpose of fostering and developing sound policies and practices in public human resource management. IPMA-HR represents more than 7,000 individuals and 1,200 agencies in local, state and federal levels of government worldwide.
Mission: Optimize organizational and individual performance in the public sector by providing human resource leadership, professional development and information and services. IPMA-HR is the recognized leader in the delivery of innovative solutions and practical resources for all levels of public sector HR Professionals.
Who can join? The chapter is open to anyone involved in the Human Resources Field and will provide human resource professionals with a forum to discuss new concerns and issues impacting this dynamic field and provide a medium for gaining knowledge and competencies through programs and interaction with colleagues.
