The Heritage Program for Senior Adults provides assistance with activities of daily living in a supervised setting while educating patients, families, and caregivers regarding mental health issues. Treatment is supervised by a psychiatrist and provided by a multidisciplinary team. |

This is a Medicare based program. Addition of a secondary insurance is needed. Medicaid also accepted. Patients under 65 years of age assessed on an individual basis. |
| Intake Procedure: |
|
Physicians, health professionals, family and self may refer patients to the program. Heritage Program provides a clinical evaluation at no cost to determine the need for treatment.
