The Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program provides advocacy services for individuals living in long-term care facilities, to help resolve resident concerns/complaints, and empower residents to express their wishes. |

Advocacy provided whenever needed. State Offices operate from 8-5 Monday-Friday |
| Eligibility Requirements: |

Individuals must reside in a long-term care facility (nursing home or adult residential care facility/assisted living) in New Mexico. Ombudsmen can assist those living in both licensed and unlicensed facilities |
