The Salvation Army provides assistance with utilities and rent or mortgage.
These services are provided if The Salvation Army has funding to support them.

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
No deposits or reconnection fees will be made.
Utility Assistance - Termination notice for electric/Disconnect notice for gas. Letter stating minimum amount of Propane delivered without tax.
Rental Assistance --Three day pass due notice or eviction notice from landlord.
Families must be earning enough money to support the household under usual circumstances. There must be some sort of income coming into the household.
Rental or Mortgage Assistance - Eviction notice or past due notice for Mortgage.
Prescription - copy of prescription with dollar amount.
To receive these services, at least one member of the family must be a United States citizen.

You must have the following items in order to be assisted:
__Picture ID for person applying
__For everyone in the household
__Social Security cards or print out from Social Security office w/ name & number
__Proof of income for everyone in the household(if paid every week need last four check stubs,if every two week last two check stubs.)
__Last 2 receipts of paid rent or mortgage
__ Receipts for all bills and other expenses paid for the for the last 30 days
__Food Stamps (Current months print out) __TANAF(Current Month)
__Medicaid cards
__Light bill
UTILITY ASSISTANCE:
__Need Termination notice for electric/Disconnect notice for gas(Showing Break down for monthly service)
__Letter stating minimum amount of Propane delivered without tax
RENTAL OR MORTGAGE ASSISTANCE
__Eviction notice or three day past due notice for Mortgage
