Program name: Medical & Nursing Services - Mental Health
Description : Psychiatric and nursing services are provided for children, adolescents and adults. The medical and nursing staff consists of psychiatrists, registered nurses, a nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialists and a psychiatric case manager. The services provided in this program include psychiatric diagnostic evaluations, medication management, referrals and liaison to health care providers as well as linkage to other resources. The quality of care to consumers is enhanced by providing prompt access to the medical and nursing staff, crisis stabilization and continuity of care in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
Hours of Operation: M-F/8am-5pm

Intake Procedure: Must go through intake appointment with licensed Master's level therapist, 575-647-2800.
