Program name: Transitional Living Center
Description : Transitional Living Center (TLC) is a 24-hour residential treatment program designed to teach clients the skills necessary to live in the community in an independent or supported setting. Behavioral and therapeutic interventions focus on individual, client-centered treatment plans that support positive change and decreased psychiatric hospitalization. This is a voluntary program which serves adults over 18 years of age with a severe mental disorder. TLC also offers life skills training, resident empowerment groups, employment and educational support, recreation and a safe environment for which to reside.
Hours of Operation: 24 hours
Eligibility Requirements: Referred by community or other agency programs.
Intake Procedure: Call 575-647-2800 to schedule intake appointment.
Insurance Information: All insurance accepted.
