The Respite Care Financial Assistance Program offers primary caregivers of persons with Alzheimer's Disease and related disorders an opportunity to receive needed respite care services. Respite is defined as a brief break or rest from the day to day duties of caregiving.
The program provides financial assistance and does not provide actual caregivers. It is the responsibility of the primary caregiver to secure care for the Alzheimer's patient.
