SNAP subsidizes spay and neuter surgeries for the pets of low-income residents of southern New Mexico. There is a limit of five subsidies per year for any individual or family. |

Mon. through Sat. - 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Closed on holidays. |
| Eligibility Requirements: |

Clients must provide proof of low income. Documents accepted are:
- Federal Tax Return
- SSI/SSD/SSA Award Letters
- Unemployment Benefits Award Letter |
| Intake Procedure: |
|
Clients bring proof of income, photo ID, and co-pay to the office. Forms are completed and the client is given a voucher to use with on of the nine veterinarian offices that works with SNAP. Pets must be up-to-date on shots. There is no further charge to the client at the time of surgery. |
