Provide quality and specialized child care for homeless/near homeless children.
Provide daily care that includes a loving and safe environment that meets the each child's physical and emotional developmental level and needs.
We provide on-site healthcare, therapy, screening, and positive discipline and interactions that are integral parts of the program.

| Eligibility Requirements: |
|
The Parent Liaison is the initial point of contact for admission, and one or more of the following criteria must be met:
Homeless:
--Emergency Shelter:
--Car/Park/Abandoned Building, etc.
--Transitional Living Center for Homeless Families
--Hospitalized but came from one of the above (up to 20 consecutive days)
--Being evicted within a week from a private dwelling unit-no residence identified
--Fleeing domestic violence situation-no residence has been identified and lack of resources
Near Homeless:
--Family living with relatives and friends who may evict them at any time.
--Family who has established their own residence after being in a shelter/transitional housing but does not have stable resources and support systems in place
--Teen parent with no identifiable support system.
--Family in housing that is substandard or significantly over crowded.

Families/Clients must be referred through a source that has been identified as serving homeless and near homeless families. The family must have the appropriate referral form before they will be considered for services. |
