For homeowners, the Home Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Program may be able to help with the following:
• Structural
• Roofing
• Insulation
• HVAC
• Plumbing Problems
• Electrical Problems

| Eligibility Requirements: |

To qualify for the Home Rehab Program, you must live in one of the following counties:
• Catron
• Chaves
• Dona Ana
• Eddy
• Grant
• Hidalgo
• Lincoln
• Luna
• Mescalero
• Otero
• Sierra
• Socorro |
| Intake Procedure: |
|
Copies of the following information must be submitted along with a completed application:
• Picture ID for all adults in the household.
• Proof of home ownership.
• Copy of current property tax receipt.
• Copy of declaration page for home owners insurance.
• Proof of income. |
