Description : To assist in systems change and individual advocacy for individuals with disabilities. To provide Independent Living Skills training, Peer Counseling and Information and referral services in an effort to integrate people with disabilities into the community at large.

Eligibility Requirements: Must have some kind of disability at moment of referral.
Intake Procedure: The consumer will need to call the Intake Specialist and fill out a referral. The Referral will then be given to an Independent Living Specialist and they will contact the consumer for further services.
