Kitchen Creations cooking schools target people with diabetes and their families. The four-class cooking schools focus on increasing knowledge and use of simple meal planning strategies for people with diabetes. Particularly enjoyable parts of each class are hands-on activities and tasting of delicious food prepared by class participants. Healthy Kitchens classes are available throughout Dona Ana County and are available in Spanish. |
