Volunteer Opportunity Details:
| Last updated on January 6, 2009 |
A child walks into the Club and is enthusiastically greeted by all the adults in the building. High-fives, a secret handshake, a point made to tell the child they look happy today. Any of these things help make a child feel welcome at a Boys & Girls Club. Playing a game of pool and talking about the days events, reading a story together, helping braid hair, work on editing the next great movie of our generation, one never knows what can spark greatness in a child. Volunteering at the Club is fun for everyone, take a chance and get involved today! Complete a volunteer application and criminal background check. Applications available on line. Training to include Boys & Girls Club philosophy and structure. Review volunteer and Club expectations. This opportunity is sponsored by: Boys & Girls Clubs Of Ada County, Meridian Unit
