We believe that families deserve affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity of Goldsboro-Wayne is committed to partnering with our community to give qualified applicants a chance to buy their own home and build a better future.

Description:
Our mission is to eliminate substandard housing. Hundreds of families in Wayne County live in dangerous and unhealthy housing, barely making ends meet. Habitat for Humanity builds simple, decent and affordable homes in partnership with those in need. Our motto is "Building houses, building hope" and we hope to carry that with us as we continue to build houses Wayne County.

History:
Habitat for Humanity International has completed over 220,000 houses world wide and has housed over a million people. Our affiliate has completed thirty-two houses since 2001 and is currently building houses on Stephens Street in Goldsboro.
