• Willingness to support Red Cross Mission
• Provide services directly or indirectly to disaster clients by supporting staff members assigned to the disaster operation
• Maintain effective working relationships with units or other functions within the administrative unit
• Operate within appropriate fiscal controls consulting with Local Disaster Volunteer (LDV) unit director
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients
• Ability to implement assigned activities within a limited time and variety of situations
• Flexibility and ability to work well under stress and in adverse conditions
• Good oral, written and computer skills
• Ability to promote, develop, and maintain productive working relationship with a broad range and variety of individuals, groups, units
• Ability to complete assigned tasks in consultation with supervisors
