The Local Letter Carriers Food Drive will hold it's 11th annual event on Saturday, May 14th. The local drive is part of a national effort by more than 1,400 National Association of Letter Carriers branches in the United States to help fill local food banks. Local letter carriers hope to collect 20,000 pounds of non-perishable food to benefit six olcal charities and food banks in Wayne County, The Salvation Army, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and United Church Ministriies will be receiving the food that is collected in Wayne County. |
