Bright n' Beautiful, a non-profit service/education organization, is dedicated to improving the environment by developing programs to control litter, promote recycling and the beauty of the community.

Description:
There are several programs that we implement in the community to improve our environment. The Adopt-a-Spot is for groups and individuals who chose to "adopt" an area in keep it litter free on a regular basis. The "Main Event Day" for the Great American Clean-up for 2009 will take place on Saturday April, 25. This is a county-wide cleanup that involves hundreds of volunteers who pick up litter and recycle aluminum cans, newspapers, phone books and tires This also includes a Clothing Collection and small household items for distribution to people in our community. These items can be dropped off at Senior High parking lot on April 25th only. Groups or individuals may register to take part in the cleanup by calling Bright n' Beautiful at 248-6617. After the cleanup, volunteers are invited to a free BBQ which will be held at Senior High.
We also have an inventory of Trash Receptacles that are loaned out to and used at various community events to control litter such as the Big Sky State games, the Women's Run, Saturday Live, parades and several other local festivals and events.
We have four recycling drop off bins which are located at both Wal-Mart stores, Albertson's in the Heights and the parking lot of the old Gibson's store on Broadwater.
Bright n' Beautiful coordinates the Christmas Tree Recycling program. Trees can be dropped off beginning December 26 and runs until the 3rd week in January. The chips are used at ZooMontana, the Laurel Family Lions Park and the Conservation Education Center across from Riverfront Park.
