We are a clearinghouse of information, education, and resources for seniors, their families, and their caregivers. For those not having access to the internet, or that are visually impaired, they can access our network of resources through our national telephone hot-line.

Description:
Our mission is to aid and assist senior communities throughout California. We accomplish this by sponsors that partner with us,that have legitimate businesses, and/or services that our seniors and their caregivers might find invaluable. We offer education on health concerns, and training to caregivers, so they can be more effective on their jobs. We utilize volunteers to man our telephones, so seniors can speak to a live person and have their questions answered. We utilize the services of volunteers for community events, and those skilled and/or experienced participate in our teaching and training programs.

History:
Senior Citizens Bureau has been in operation in excess of ten years. They are a nationwide non-profit agency. The California Affiliate is the newest addition to our organization.
