Peer Counseling Collective

We offer free peer counseling to individuals, couples and offer a group counseling night. We are a part of the larger Berkeley Free Clinic where all services are free of charge.

We use a client-centered humanistic approach, emphasizing active listening skills and unconditional positive regard. We don’t give advice but rather believe the best advice comes from within the person being counseled.

Mental health is extremely important and providing a much needed service to those who may not afford it is a goal that we accomplish Monday through Thursday.

History:
The Berkeley Free Clinic has been in operation for over 40 years since 1969.
