We, at the Make a Difference Foundation, have one goal... to make a difference in children's lives.

Description:
Our Foundation's goal this year is to raise money to help save the Mt. Diablo School District High School Sports Programs. Our founder, Jeremy Brigham, played for the Oakland Raiders and believes that his success is, in part, due to the opportunities he was given throughout his high school football career. We have a very supportive Board and a dedicated Action Team to ensure our foundation's success.

History:
Jeremy Brigham first became interested in local charity work during his five years (1998-2003) as a tight end for the Oakland Raiders playing in Superbowl XXXVII. As an NFL player, he attended numerous charity golf tournaments as a celebrity, and local television host. Jeremy is heavily involved with giving back to the community. Along with his charity golf events, Jeremy is a member of the N.F.L. Alumni Organization as well as donating his time to the PJFL (Pleasanton Junior Football Leagues) and other worthy bay area causes. Over the past 7 years he has pulled together a team of dedicated, trusted, hard working partners to lead this foundation as an ongoing charitable organization benefiting our children and youth.
