The East Bay Regional Park District is a comprehensive, tax supported entity established to provide parks and open space to residents of Alameda & Contra Costa Counties. The Park District operates 65 parks, covering nearly 98,000 acres of parkland including 1,100 miles of regional trails. The park protects wildlife habitat and offers recreational & educational activities.
