On Track Program

The goal of the On Track Program is to assist individuals with acquired brain injury to transition from rehabilitation to once again becoming active and participating members of the community. The program provides a structured environment where students relearn old skills, develop new coping skills, increase independence, socialize and support one another, and learn about community resources.

Description:
Educational-based day program for adults with acquired brain injury including traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, stroke, and anoxia injury.

February 2006 celebrated 10 years of success.
