History:
Rabbi Bridget Wynne is the founder and director of Jewish Gateways. She was ordained in 1994 after attending rabbinic school in Jerusalem, Los Angeles, and Cincinnati. Rabbi Wynne was rabbi of Congregation Shir Shalom of Sonoma, and before that was Associate Rabbi of Leo Baeck Temple in Los Angeles. She was a community organizer in the San Francisco Bay Area prior to entering the rabbinate, and was motivated in this work by her Jewish background and its focus on "tikkun olam," repairing and transforming our world.
