The Taylor Family Foundation, a non-profit organization 501 (c)(3), was founded in 1990 by Elaine and Barry Taylor in order to raise money and support programs for children in Northern California with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities and youth at-risk.

Description:
The Taylor Family Foundation is committed to preserving the wellness and enhancing the quality of life for children in Northern California with life-threatening and chronic illnesses, developmental disabilities and youth at-risk through unique therapeutic experiences and support.
In 2009,we’ll host 11 weeks of camp in the summer and 7 weekend camps throughout the spring and fall and offer this camp experience at no charge to the campers or their families. TTFF’s Camp Arroyo was built upon the premise that “kids just want to be kids!” Through Camp Arroyo, TTFF is committed to giving these children opportunities to build self-esteem and long-lasting friendships with others who share similar fears and challenges.

History:
In 2010, TTFF will be celebrating 20 years as a foundation and 10 years at Camp Arroyo, a Livermore Valley camp it founded for ill children. Each summer we serve nearly 3,000 children at Camp Arroyo and over the years, we have helped more than 36,000 kids!
