Bonita House, Inc. is a 35 year old non profit that assists adults living with mental illness to live independently in the community. We serve over 400 individuals a year.
We are seeking Board Members with any of the following: Legal, Fiscal, Insurance, Construction, Special Events, Human Resources.

| Board Member Responsibilities:: |
|
Interest in the agencies mission and goals, belief in community based mental health services,willing to work cooperatively with other Board members and be self-motivated. Set policies for the agency, hire and evaluate the performance of the Executive Director, steward the use of funds by approving agency budget and reviewing financial statements. Promote the agency in the community. Participate on at least one Board Committee. Recruit new Board members with regard to their skills and commitment. Help the Agency gain community support through the exercise of personal and professional contacts. |
