On the second Sunday of each month, dedicated volunteers descend into the canyon to tackle several invasive weed populations in the Redwood Creek Watershed. We manage to have a lot of fun while revegetating work sites and maintaining older project areas. Tools, coffee and snacks are provided! Meet at 9:30 am in the Wayside Picnic area in Redwood Regional Park, 7867 Redwood Rd. Oakland, CA 94619. Please wear long pants, long sleeves and sturdy shoes. We supply the gloves. Please RSVP so we can supply enough snacks! This opportunity is sponsored by: Redwood Regional Park
