More than 1,000 people from around the community are expected to turn out on August 21st, August 28th and October 2nd during the annual Tulane Paint Rally for the Orleans Parish Public Schools. Three high schools and one elementary school in Orleans Parish will get a fresh coat of paint during the Sixth Annual Paint Rally, a volunteer event that identifies public schools in need of physical improvements and provides the man-hours and materials to make the repairs.
