The Circle of Life Foundation provides philanthropic support to areas within Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare to help fulfill its mission in Southeast Wisconsin.
Description:
The Circle of Life Foundation provides philanthropic support to the following areas within Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare: Wheaton Franciscan Hospice, Wheaton Franciscan Home Health, Senior Health, Mental Health & Addiction Care (Outpatient) and other community services which include Transportation services. We support 2 transitional and extended care facilities: Franciscan Woods and the Terrace at St. Francis. Quality of Life initiatives at these sites include the Adopt-A-Room campaign and the Dream-A-Little-Dream program.
Through each of these services and programs, the Circle of Life Foundation fills gaps in care, fosters hope and healing, and creates strong foundations for healthy futures. We weave dreams and heal lives, helping people face health challenges from birth to end of life.
