Mission: To foster environmental awareness, knowledge and a conservation ethic in citizens of all ages. Wehr functions as a "living laboratory" and an educational public information center to promote the care of the earth. Services: Age appropriate and seasonal programs for children and adults are developed and presented by professional interactive naturalists and trained volunteers. The staff develops programs and coordinates them with existing school curriculum and important natural history information to facilitate the infusion of environmental education concepts into the classroom.
