The current leadership includes Vanessa Key, CEO/President, Tawauna Swanigan, Finance and Operations Manager, Nancy Hahn, Social Services Manager and Ava Hilliard, Youth and Education Manager. Over the the last 33 years New Concept expanded into a nationally recognized multi-service organization providing educational enrichment,mental health , AODA and preventive services that support the entire family.
