Help with the set up and assistance with group activities. This would include escorting residents to groups, helping residents participate in groups and setting up and cleaning up after.
The Terrace at St. Francis (TSF) is one of three Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare transitional and extended care facilities. The facility is located on the south side of Milwaukee, near the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - St. Francis Hospital campus and has 81 beds. The TSF offers warmth and support to a patient's needs as they recover from conditions ranging from fractures to strokes. They bridge the gap between hospital and home, but can also provide comforting end of life care for those who need it.
All volunteers will need to go through the orientation process, including a visit to the Associate Health Department at St. Francis Hospital.  This opportunity is sponsored by: Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - Circle Of Life Foundation
