Our mission is to provide long-term care to seniors in skilled nursing and Assisted Living settings.

Description:
Forum is a licensed healthcare center, providing long-term care to geriatric residents in a skilled nursing and Assisted Living setting. Our Volunteers assist with this service by working through the Activities Department to help provide a wide variety of recreational and leisure activities. These activities are coordinated by Activities staff and may occur in groups or with individual residents. Volunteers help residents to play games, provide music, offer social visits, pet visits, read to residents, help with bingo, as some examples.
