Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Please visit www.yvckc.org or call (913) 432-9822 x305 to find out which projects are coming up. Every Saturday from mid-August to mid-May we offer at least one community service project. Typically held from 9a-noon or 10a-1p. Agencies we serve range from nature sanctuaries to retirement communities to food pantries. All projects supervised by trained, First aid/CPR certified adult Team Leaders. Youth Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to and from the project site.

Volunteers must be between the ages of 11 and 18, willing to work hard as a team member, show respect to Team Leaders, the partner agency, its clients, and other volunteers.
