Mother to Mother is a mentoring program provided through Catholic Charities in Olathe for women of different racial, religious and economic backgrounds. “Support Mothers” meet together in friendship with their “Partner Mothers”, offering emotional support and sharing life experiences. How to get involved: Become a “Support Mother” and help another woman who may be a new or single mother or who just wants to learn to be a better parent. Serve on the monthly “Planning Committee” helping to plan fundraising events, monthly educational programs, and raise awareness of MTM in the community. Be a guest speaker at a Mother to Mother monthly meeting on a topic related to motherhood. Help with child care at the monthly Mom’s Meeting.
