The educational programs will be handed down by the National Wildlife Federation to local teachers and staff. After receiving the information in the classrooms. Children will begin the propagation of their very own Wild Lupine at the Leila Arboretum greenhouses. Their last field trip will be to Woodland Park and Nature Preserve, where they will plant their seedlings into the resoration site. It is hoped that by the end of the second or third years planting, the habitat will be large enough to sustain the Karner and with the assistance of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Karners will be introduced into the park.
