The agency's newest program, H.O.L.L.A. (Health Organization Leadership and Learning Academy) is highly active and focuses on getting youth to incorporate more activity into their daily routine, while teaching them how poor life style practices can be detrimental to their health as adults. Walking/jogging will be a large part of the physical activities, and students will keep personal journals of their progress. Pedometers will allow for accurate record keeping, and challenge students to continually advance to the next level. |
