Volunteers are needed to assist with developing and facilitating various fundraisers and to coordinate donations to support local military families. Funding is needed to pay postage for care packages, purchase phone cards, provide food and snacks at special events, and assist military families with emergency needs. Donations are collected for care package items, deployment packs for kids, new baby bundles, and holiday support programs. Volunteers must complete training provided by the Family Program Office, and be willing to follow directives related to military rules regarding fundraising.
