Special Olympics Michigan Area 19 (Calhoun County) will be holding its 2nd Annual Golf Scramble, on Sunday August 7th. At Binderpark Golf Course from 1:00pm to 4:00pm. We are looking for groups, or individuals who have a passion for golf and fundraising for small non-profits that dream big. Special Olympics Michigan as an organization is well known and large, but, in Calhoun county we are the small but mighty warriors advocating for those individuals with intellectual disabilities. We need volunteers (10) to assist in set-up and clean up of the event, obtaining T-sponsors, Door prizes, Raffle prizes, and registration and Public relations work to obtain golfers. Interested volunteers will need to attend planning meetings to assist with the event. Volunteers will have access to continental breakfast and lunch.
