4-H Exploration Days Chaperons - MSU June 24th - 26th

Description: Each year in June MSU hosts youth from across the state to experience three days of campus life! Youth stay in college dorms and attend fun, educational sessions during their stay. Adults are a very necessary part of this experience.
Chaperons - are required on a ratio of 1 to every 10 youth for both sexes (i.e. adult males for male youth; adult females for female youth). Chaperons may participate in the sessions and other event activities and are responsible for helping students with check-in, bed-checks, check-out and generally where ever support is needed. Session host - the primary function of session hosts is to take attendance and report missing participants back to counties. Activity hosts -Oversee shuttle bus riders getting on and off at bus stops, check youth in and out of recreational activities, and other such duties.
Restrictions: The adult must be 21 years old. Complete a MSU Extension volunteer application form, criminal history check form, and three references. If you would like more information, please go to:
